Your Role

You will join Taptap Send's product team, responsible for building features and products worldwide. As the first product hire based in Dubai, you'll oversee the full product lifecycle, from strategy to execution and scaling.

Your responsibilities include translating customer and internal needs into a product roadmap, collaborating with engineering, legal, compliance, markets, and other teams to execute on it. Ideal candidates will have experience in a growing startup in the GCC region, with skills in user interviews, UX, analytics, SQL, and stakeholder management. You should be able to think holistically, identify problems quickly, and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define implementation plans, including timing and resource requirements.
• Evaluate local nuances and requirements for launching in new GCC markets.
• Identify and grow partnerships with vendors and third parties to enable key product features.
• Write product specifications to optimize build efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to accelerate product launches via analytics and customer interviews.
• Filter product ideas through customer and stakeholder feedback.
