4. Prioritize features and services based on user value, data insights, and KPIs.
5. Coordinate product development sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
6. Continuously monitor product performance through analytics, research, and user feedback.
7. Identify and resolve product-related risks, blockers, or inefficiencies.

Minimum Requirements

1. 4-5+ years of experience in digital product management (platforms, apps, portals).
2. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
3. Strong understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and product lifecycle management.
4. Proficiency in data-informed decision-making (basic analytics, experimentation, A/B testing).
5. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
