The Role:
As a Corporate Payment Solutions Product Manager, you will own the complete product lifecycle of our corporate payment and financial management solutions, focusing on serving businesses from SMEs to large enterprises. You will drive the development and optimization of comprehensive payment solutions that integrate expense management, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), money movement, and commercial card processing. The ideal candidate will combine deep understanding of corporate financial operations with strong product management capabilities to create efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions that address the complex needs of business customers while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Product Discovery & Strategy

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis in corporate payment
solutions space
- Research and evaluate corporate payment needs across different business segments
- Analyze business payment workflows and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop product vision and strategy for corporate payment solutions
- Create business cases and ROI analysis for new features and products
- Define success metrics and KPIs for corporate payment products
- Map regulatory requirements for business payments and expense management
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization

Product Development & Design
- Design end-to-end corporate payment and lending solutions, including working capital and
supply chain financing
- Create and maintain payment flow architectures for domestic and cross-border corporate
transactions
- Develop treasury management solutions with cash pooling and liquidity management features

- Design multi-currency payment capabilities and FX management for international businesses
- Develop credit decisioning frameworks and automated lending products based on business data
- Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive business banking and lending interfaces
- Build treasury dashboards with cash position and forecasting capabilities
- Design corporate user hierarchy with role-based payment and lending approvals
- Implement risk management frameworks for lending and payment operations
- Create integrated solutions combining expense management, lending, and payment capabilities
Build payment rails integration for corporate payment types
- Design APIs and integration frameworks for ERP and accounting system connectivity
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for corporate solutions
- Create segment-specific positioning strategies (SME vs Enterprise)
- Build partnership strategies with accounting software providers
- Coordinate with compliance teams for business verification processes

- Develop integration partnerships with ERP systems
- Create corporate customer onboarding and training programs
- Plan and execute product launch programs
- Develop marketing strategies for different business segments
- Create educational content about corporate payment solutions

Post-Launch Management & Optimization
- Monitor product adoption and usage metrics
- Analyze and optimize payment processing efficiency
- Implement continuous improvements in expense management workflows
- Manage relationships with technology partners and service providers
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting business payments
- Conduct regular performance reviews of corporate solutions
- Maintain documentation of business processes and procedures
- Lead product iterations based on customer feedback and market needs
