Job summary

CargoX is hiring a Product Manager to lead CoreConnect, our UI-centric robot orchestration platform. You will own operator journeys, monitor configurations, and manage autonomous missions at scale within a dynamic team of engineers, designers, robotics experts, and customers.

We’re building the infrastructure for autonomous operations across real-world environments. You’ll translate complex robotics behavior into intuitive software and shape product strategy in a rapidly evolving space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with user-facing software and complex workflows.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance big-picture and pixel-level details.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for CareConnect, driving prioritization decisions that balance operator needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, and field ops to build tools for fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through design, build, deployment, and iteration.
• Translate complex robot and system behaviors into operator-facing features that are intuitive, reliable, and scalable.
• Be the voice of the operator, understanding daily pain points and earning their trust.
• Analyze fleet telemetry, mission logs, and operational data to diagnose root causes and identify opportunities.

We're looking for a driven, user-obsessed Product Manager to lead the development of CoreConnect, our UI-centric orchestration platform for autonomous robot fleets. This is a high-impact role at the core of our product: you'll own the journeys and tools operators use every day to monitor, configure and manage autonomous missions at scale, and keep fleets running smoothly.You thrive in ambiguity, love digging into complex operational workflows, and know how to turn messy real-world problems into elegant, intuitive software. You'll work side-by-side with engineers, designers, robotics experts, and customers to ship software that makes autonomous operations feel effortless.

CargoX is an autonomous logistics company, and CoreConnect is the robot orchestration platform at the heart of its operations. Together, we're building the infrastructure layer for autonomous operations in complex ecosystems, helping logistics and other operators deploy, manage, and scale fleets of autonomous robots across real-world environments. Our work sits at the intersection of robotics, operations software, and intelligent automation, and we're just getting started.

What you’ll do

• Own the product roadmap for CareConnect, driving prioritization decisions that balance operator needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, and field ops to build tools that work beautifully in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through design, build, deployment, and continuous iteration.
• Translate complex robot and system behaviors into operator-facing features that are intuitive, reliable, and scalable.
• Be the voice of the operator. Deeply understand how logistics teams work, their daily pain points, and what it takes to earn their trust.
• Dig into fleet telemetry, mission logs, and operational event data to diagnose root causes, spot patterns, and size opportunities before committing engineering time.
• Partner with engineering to make sure every feature ships instrumented, with the events and logging needed to measure adoption, reliability, and impact.
• Stay sharp on industry trends across autonomous mobile robots, warehouse tech, last-mile delivery, and fleet management software.

What you bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally working on user-facing software with complex workflows, operational dashboards, control interfaces, or mission-critical tools.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong systems thinking; you can hold the big picture and the pixel-level detail at the same time.
• A track record of data-informed decisions. You can point to a metric you moved and explain how you knew it was your change that moved it.
• The ability to turn analysis into clear, concise narratives for engineers, leadership, and customers.
• Proven ability to take products from 0→1 and 1→N in fast-paced, technical environments.
• Exceptional skill at translating between technical constraints and user needs, you've made hard things feel simple.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias toward action over process.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with UI/UX for operator-facing or mission-critical systems.
• Experience with geospatial data (routes, zones, positioning) or robotics and IoT telemetry.
