Responsibilities:

• As a Card Product Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing card products in multiple markets.
• Work closely with business development, technical teams, finance, risk, compliance, legal, etc., to deliver a world-class crypto card product.

Requirements:

• Self-driven and high-performing in a fast-paced environment with the motivation to create and manage top-tier crypto card products.
• Product design skills, including prototyping with wireframe and sequence diagram tools, and strong user storytelling abilities.
• Good knowledge of the product development lifecycle, portfolio management, and experience at various stages, with the ability to manage the card portfolio with positive PnL and high user penetration.
• 5+ years of card product management experience in card issuing, with experience in various markets preferred.
• Strong market research and analysis capabilities to maintain competitive edge, including regular competitor analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Excellent data analytics skills to optimize product performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Effective prioritization skills and ability to align stakeholders on MVP scope and further development.
• Good understanding of risk and compliance frameworks in the card industry.
• Knowledge of card processes such as reconciliation, settlement, chargebacks, etc.
