Product Manager Android TV Operator Tier Set-Top Box

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3-4 years minimum in Product Management

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our Android TV Operator Set-Top Box solutions. This is a pivotal role within our Product team focused on shaping the next generation of TV experiences for our customers. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, and work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver world-class entertainment products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Android TV Operator Tier set-top box products from concept through launch and iteration.
2. Develop detailed product requirements (PRDs) and feature specifications aligning with business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software features.
4. Act as the primary interface with Google and other technology partners, ensuring compliance with Android TV Operator Tier guidelines.
5. Define and track key metrics to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
6. Stay ahead of market trends, the competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the TV and OTT space.
7. Translate customer and business needs into innovative features and enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

1. 3-4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the Android TV, STB, OTT, Pay-TV, or Consumer Electronics industry.
2. Proven experience delivering Android TV Operator Tier solutions is highly preferred.
3. Solid understanding of operator tier certification, launcher design principles, UX/UI guidelines, and the Android TV ecosystem.
4. Strong grasp of device hardware integrations, middleware, and backend services in a TV/STB environment.
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills across engineering, design, and commercial teams.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
