In preparation for this, they are looking to add a Product Manager MarTech to their corporate team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for data marketing technology products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive adoption of modern MarTech data architectures including data lakehouse, streaming data pipelines, and real-time analytics.
- Define KPIs and use analytics to measure product success, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Build and enhance integrations with major platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, DMPs, DSPs, Google Analytics, Meta, and other MarTech/AdTech tools.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to implement best practices in ETL/ELT, schema design, and data quality.
- Ensure product compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant customer data protection laws.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable solutions for audience segmentation, personalization, attribution modeling, and data integrations.
- Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, BI, marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure seamless data availability and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with business teams to enable data activation and availability via Hightouch, CRM integrations, and omnichannel customer engagement platforms.
- Prioritize tasks, manage tight timelines, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, or data-driven products.
- Understanding of data platforms (CDPs, DMPs), APIs, and marketing automation tools; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark, Databricks).
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (Databricks, MLflow, Feature Stores, AutoML) and their data dependencies.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, experience with analytics platforms, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams, digital advertising strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience working with B2B/B2C SaaS or Enterprise MarTech products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
