Job description

In preparation for this, they are looking to add a Product Manager MarTech to their corporate team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic vision for data marketing technology products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  2. Drive adoption of modern MarTech data architectures including data lakehouse, streaming data pipelines, and real-time analytics.
  3. Define KPIs and use analytics to measure product success, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvements.
  4. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
  5. Build and enhance integrations with major platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, DMPs, DSPs, Google Analytics, Meta, and other MarTech/AdTech tools.
  6. Collaborate with data engineers and architects to implement best practices in ETL/ELT, schema design, and data quality.
  7. Ensure product compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant customer data protection laws.
  8. Partner with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable solutions for audience segmentation, personalization, attribution modeling, and data integrations.
  9. Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, BI, marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure seamless data availability and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
  10. Collaborate with business teams to enable data activation and availability via Hightouch, CRM integrations, and omnichannel customer engagement platforms.
  11. Prioritize tasks, manage tight timelines, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, or data-driven products.
  2. Understanding of data platforms (CDPs, DMPs), APIs, and marketing automation tools; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
  3. Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark, Databricks).
  4. Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (Databricks, MLflow, Feature Stores, AutoML) and their data dependencies.
  5. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, experience with analytics platforms, and A/B testing methodologies.
  6. Experience collaborating with marketing teams, digital advertising strategies, and audience targeting.
  7. Experience working with B2B/B2C SaaS or Enterprise MarTech products.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
