Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning key product areas, driving discovery and execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impact. You will work in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where you will be expected to define and refine product scope proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
●Primary goal is to improve the customer growth by elevating the user experience. Leveraging and integrating existing company owned APIs to further improve the product.
● Product Discovery & Research: Conduct regular user interviews, usability tests, and competitor benchmarking to refine product direction.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure product-market fit and business alignment.
● Execution & Delivery: Manage feature delivery, ensuring timelines and expectations are met. Own the backlog, sprint planning, and feature releases.
● Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics tools to track performance and continuously improve the product.
● Technical Acumen: Understand basic software development concepts to work effectively with engineers.
● Agile & Scrum Leadership: Facilitate team scrums and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
● 4-10 years of experience in product management role in a B2C SaaS company.
●Proven history of having led customer growth initiatives.
● Strong ability to document product requirements, from strategy to user stories.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong execution skills, able to manage timelines, scope, and trade-offs.
● Experience with Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Hotjar, Amplitude, and Slack.
● High autonomy, comfortable working without constant direction and proactively adjusting scope as needed.
● A team player who collaborates across business and technical teams to achieve goals.
