We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Managerto lead the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our enterprise automotive SaaS platform. You’ll work at the intersection of business needs and technical execution, partnering with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to launch and scale white-labeled customer-facing solutions for our automotive clients.
We're looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, takes ownership, balances detail with speed, and can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product outcomes.
Understand the Market & Client Needs
Stay informed about industry trends and partner feedback in the automotive sector. Translate business needs and customer pain points into scalable product opportunities.
Drive Product Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of new dealership websites and enterprise features—from scoping and stakeholder alignment to launch and iteration.
Shape the Roadmap
Contribute to the roadmap by identifying high-impact improvements that balance short-term client needs with long-term platform goals.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business Teams to ensure smooth execution and shared understanding across teams.
Manage Multiple Projects
Handle several projects or rollouts in parallel, aligning internal timelines with external expectations and client go-to-market plans.
Own Product & Operational Performance
Define and track key success metrics. Use data to inform decisions, measure adoption, and refine product iterations.
Bridge Business & Tech
Act as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders. Gather and communicate requirements clearly and manage trade-offs effectively.
Experience & Product Ownership
3–4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments, with a track record of owning features or products from ideation through launch and iteration.
Strategic & Lifecycle Management
Skilled in setting a clear product vision, defining roadmaps, and managing the full product lifecycle — from discovery and prioritisation to delivery and optimisation.
Excellent Stakeholder Management
Builds strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. Proactively aligns expectations, manages feedback loops, and keeps stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.
User-Centric & Data-Informed
Passionate about understanding user needs and turning insights into actionable solutions. Comfortable using data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and measure success.
Structured Problem Solving
Excels at breaking down complex business or product problems into clear, prioritised tasks with practical, scalable solutions.
Tool Proficiency
Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, and analytics platforms.
Automotive Industry Knowledge:Prior experience with automotive data and related technologies.
Innovation Champion:A spirit that challenges the status quo, encourages experimentation, and identifies opportunities to differentiate our products through innovative thinking.
Growth Mindset:Open to feedback, eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
Large-Scale Integrations:Experience building large-scale product solutions with complex third-party system integrations (e.g., payment gateways, internal systems) will be highly regarded.
SQL & Data Analysis Tools:Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools will be highly regarded.
Collaborative Spirit: Friendly, approachable, but not afraid to speak your mind when necessary to drive product excellence.
Passion for Building: A genuine passion for building things and/or a strong interest in software and technology.
