Job description

Product Manager – Ads (Relocation to Dubai, Visa Sponsored)

Location: Dubai (Fully Onsite)

Relocation: Open to candidates globally; Visa sponsorship provided (relocation costs not covered)

Contract: Initial 6 months (can be extended or converted to permanent)

What You’ll Do:

Join a fast-paced, innovative environment with a talented, driven team focused on delivering impactful ad-tech solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the product strategy and development for one of the core advertising offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and business to define and prioritize product goals
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, transforming ideas into actionable plans and prototypes
  • Drive execution of initiatives while ensuring alignment with other product teams
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide data-driven decision-making
  • Act as the bridge between business and tech, converting business needs into clear product requirements
  • Write detailed user stories and documentation to support smooth collaboration across teams
  • Understand growth levers and partner with business teams to align on priorities and timelines

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Strong background in advertising products within an e-commerce or digital ecosystem
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior product managers
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly across diverse audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in querying and interpreting data to inform product decisions
  • Passion for hands-on product discovery and agile execution
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out and ensure efforts are focused on solving the most important problems
