Product Manager – Powder Coating

Our client, a leading industrial manufacturing group, is seeking a highly experienced Group Product Manager – Powder Coating to lead the technical and commercial strategy for their powder coating portfolio across all business units. This is a senior-level role ideal for candidates with strong expertise in formulation, manufacturing, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

The Group Product Manager will oversee product lifecycle management, drive formulation development and innovation, and ensure operational excellence across multiple production sites. The role includes setting strategic roadmaps, managing profitability and pricing strategies, standardizing technical processes, and leading cross-functional teams. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for regulatory compliance, customer technical support, and driving lean manufacturing and sustainability initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with 12–15 years of experience in the powder coatings or industrial coatings sector, including at least 5 years in a regional or group leadership role. Strong technical knowledge in coating formulations, excellent project management skills, and proven ability to lead multi-site operations are essential. Candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English.
