A leading company in the payments and cards industry is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy of payment solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the payments or fintech sectors, ensuring product success and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our Client's growing team in the Payments and Cards division. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a range of payment solutions and card products, including digital wallets, card payments, and other payment processing systems. You will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the payments products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for payments and cards products, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development to launch and post-launch support. Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and sales to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Engage with external stakeholders like payment networks, financial institutions, and third-party vendors.
Understand customer pain points and ensure that product offerings meet their needs, enhancing user experience and satisfaction with payments and cards products.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and industry trends in the payments and card space. Stay up to date with regulatory changes and innovations in the payment ecosystem.
Prioritize product features, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives. Create and maintain a product backlog and work with engineering teams to manage the release process.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify areas for optimization. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the product.
Ensure that all payment solutions and card products adhere to applicable regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2) and internal compliance requirements.
