Job Summary:

CFI is looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to lead the development of innovative fintech products and solutions that cater to the needs of modern traders and investors. In this role, you will translate business requirements into exceptional product experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to market.

You will ensure the delivery of top-tier financial technology products aligned with CFI’s strategic goals while keeping a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and post-launch enhancements.

Collaborate with the Senior Product Leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with the company’s business objectives and market trends.

Work with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and track industry trends to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement.

Leverage analytics tools to monitor product performance, optimize user experience, and drive customer engagement and retention.

Define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritizing tasks based on impact and feasibility.

Lead product iteration cycles, leveraging A/B testing, user feedback, and performance data to drive continuous enhancements.

Ensure all product developments comply with regulatory and security standards, especially in the fintech and trading sectors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech or a related industry.

Strong understanding of financial products (CFDs, Forex, Crypto, etc.) and trading platforms.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).

Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
