Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager – Calling & Chat Experience to own and optimize Botim’s voice, video, and messaging features. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and engaging communication experiences, using data-driven prioritization to drive improvements that enhance user satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Calling & Chat Experience - Define and execute the product strategy for voice, video, and chat features.
  • Monitor communication performance metrics (e.g., call drop rate, latency, message delivery success, time-to-send) and translate them into product improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and QA teams to ship enhancements that improve end-to-end calling and messaging experiences.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from user research, app store reviews, and customer support to identify and resolve pain points.
  • Make clear prioritization decisions balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Feature Development & Prioritization
  • Drive discovery, definition, and delivery of new communication features, from ideation to launch.
  • Use analytics and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact on calling and chat KPIs.
  • Maintain a transparent, prioritized roadmap aligned with Botim’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure smooth rollout of new features through effective handover to marketing, support, and operations teams.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer mobile products; VoIP or messaging experience is a plus.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, skilled in using analytics for prioritization and decision-making.
  • Proven execution excellence, able to break complex problems into actionable steps.
  • Strong user empathy and passion for delivering seamless communication experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Technical fluency to engage with engineers on trade-offs, architecture, and performance considerations.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working on communication or collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with VoIP protocols, codecs, network optimization, and messaging architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with growth experiments (e.g., onboarding optimization, feature adoption prompts, retention mechanics).
