About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 Product Manager with expertise in crypto launch mechanisms and a keen interest in AI-driven trading strategies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about developing innovative blockchain products, with hands-on experience in building activity-based platforms and a strong grasp of user behavior and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Optimize Crypto Launch Mechanisms

• Understand the logic and flow of major token launch products such as Megadrop, Launchpool, etc.
• Design or improve launch participation flows with a user-centric approach, enhancing engagement and incentives.
• Manage end-to-end product development or operations for token launch events.

Build Activity-based Products from Scratch

• Design core functional modules including sign-up processes, task systems, voucher/reward distribution, and risk management.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and design teams to quickly launch and refine products.
• Enhance user conversion funnels and promote growth through targeted features.

Drive Innovation with AI Integration

• Lead or participate in AI-related product initiatives, such as data analytics, intelligent recommendations, or strategy development.
• Understand on-chain data structures and sources; explore integration of blockchain data with AI models for actionable insights or trading strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in crypto product design or operations, particularly in token launch projects.
• Ability to independently manage complex product modules and deliver from concept to deployment.
• Strong understanding of user growth mechanics and conversion strategies.
• Interest or experience in AI products, especially in trading or analytics.
• Knowledge of on-chain data structures and major blockchain data sources.
• Excellent collaboration skills and cross-functional coordination ability.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Knowledge of Web3 user personas and behavioral patterns.
• Skills in Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
• Strong English reading skills for technical documentation, whitepapers, and community engagement.
