The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing products and innovating to adapt products to market and customer needs. This role involves liaising with team members across various projects to brainstorm ideas and determine pricing strategies. Responsibilities include:

1. Training in-house staff during the launch of new products or the development of existing products.
2. Conducting research and analyzing competitors.
3. Improving productivity and exceeding client expectations.
4. Identifying business and operational requirements based on product objectives.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly regarded.
• Background in construction or engineering-related products; piping knowledge is preferable.
• Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills; project management experience is advantageous.
