We are looking for a Website Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of core digital web experiences. This role is central to enhancing customer journeys across acquisition, booking, post-purchase, and service touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
1. Define and Drive Product Strategy
- Develop and continuously refine the strategic roadmap for website initiatives across key user journeys.
- Align web initiatives with broader business goals to ensure cohesive digital transformation.
2. Own the Web Experience Platform
- Partner with technology leads to maintain a high-performing, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimized web platform.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with modern technical standards.
3. Advocate for User Experience
- Champion a test-and-learn culture by leveraging customer feedback, usability research, and behavioral data to optimize UX and conversion rates.
- Translate insights into measurable design and feature improvements.
4. Deliver Business Impact
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement, bounce rates, funnel conversion, revenue per visitor, CSAT, and NPS.
- Use data to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
5. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with engineering, design, analytics, content, brand, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of website initiatives.
- Facilitate clear communication and seamless project delivery across departments.
6. Prioritize with Structure
- Manage and prioritize competing projects using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and opportunity scoring.
- Ensure work is aligned with impact and strategic value.
7. Represent Product Vision Internally
- Present web product strategy and progress in business planning forums.
- Balance strategic planning with tactical execution and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in product management, focused on B2C website development and optimization.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing product strategies at scale.
- Strong expertise in conversion funnel optimization, SEO, web performance, A/B testing, and accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and front-end technologies.
- Proficient in data and analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Skilled in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO) is a plus.
- Adept at operating in agile, fast-paced environments with high levels of ownership.
- Recognized for collaboration, adaptability, and effective cross-team coordination.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is an advantage.
