Job summary

Mastercard seeks an ambitious Associate Product Specialist to join the Launch Program 2027 in Dubai. You will work on product management tasks, learn to develop business cases and guide features from concept to go‑to‑market.

You will identify and measure product metrics, run iterative experiments, and help customers resolve operational issues while building strong cross‑team collaboration and professional capabilities within an 18‑month program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Graduation anticipated between March 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1st March or 1st September 2027.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customers' ongoing needs.
• Conduct iterative experiments to identify and prioritise key features for inclusion with product releases and product roadmap.
• Assist customers to resolve operational issues that have been escalated.
