Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an expected graduation date between January 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1st March or 1st September 2027.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
• High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic B2B initiatives by analyzing business information, identifying opportunities and helping translate priorities into actionable plans
• Work with cross-functional teams across sales, product, technology, finance and operations to coordinate activities and help deliver key customer and business outcomes
• Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Support the development of business cases, presentations and performance reporting to help inform commercial and strategic decisions
• Assist with the management and execution of customer and internal initiatives, tracking actions, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Help identify and resolve business or operational issues by working with relevant stakeholders and developing practical solutions
• Build an understanding of Mastercard’s B2B products, customers and commercial models, while developing strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
