Job Description
Thales AGS Trading specializes in supplying used and recertified parts to the Aviation USM Aftermarket, focusing on meeting worldwide customer needs for Thales and non-Thales used spare parts.
The role involves managing the USM activity on Boeing platforms (B737, B757, B767, B777, B787), including prospecting, promoting, negotiating with suppliers, customers, brokers, airlines, lessors, OEMs, and MRO organizations to support growth in Non-Thales parts through achieving order intake, sales, and gross margin objectives.
Responsibilities
- Represent AGS Trading to regional customers.
- Act as a mediator between internal stakeholders and customers to meet customer needs within internal constraints.
- Coordinate Boeing USM activities globally to meet commercial objectives, identify new revenue sources, and improve processes.
- Provide activity and performance reports to management.
- Navigate the competitive international aeronautics market for certified used spares.
- Sourcing and procuring Boeing serviceable and unserviceable equipment.
- Develop a list of fast-moving Boeing parts for sourcing focus.
- Create and validate Boeing PN in ERP system with relevant information.
- Review paperwork to ensure sourcing accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure part traceability and documentation before purchase.
- Negotiate purchase prices to maximize gross margin.
- Support operations and supply chain teams with Boeing parts repair activities.
- Maintain sufficient inventory levels to support growth and meet objectives.
- Respond promptly to all Boeing RFQs and negotiate prices close to FMV.
- Build and maintain a network of customers and suppliers.
- Maintain relationships to identify new purchase and sale opportunities.
- Participate in regional events and conferences.
- Develop and execute commercial action plans to grow Boeing USM activity.
- Achieve monthly order intake, sales, and margin targets.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions.
- Ensure full compliance with trade, export, and other relevant regulations, including KYT, TCPIF, CSR, and ECCS requirements.
- Monitor compliance status and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Stay informed on Boeing PN technical evolution and inform team members.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Deep technical and commercial knowledge of Boeing Tier 1 suppliers' products.
- Experience with Boeing civil aircraft, USM market, manufacturing, and distribution channels.
