As a product executive, you will support the Emirates Holidays product team to develop innovative products that generate demand and high levels of conversion. You will provide actionable research findings to meet the needs of the changing marketplace.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the product manager in the planning, implementation, and execution of product initiatives aligned with the key goals and objectives of the business. Produce ROI reports, post-campaign analysis, and extract key learnings to aid future campaigns.
  • Support building and managing strong relationships with allocated suppliers/destinations (hotels, DMCs, attractions, transportation providers, tourism boards, etc.), ensuring optimal commercial terms, product quality, and seamless integration across our product portfolio. Drive supplier performance, product innovation, and strategic collaborations that align with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Actively seek feedback throughout the campaign/selling period from source markets/distribution channels to identify issues and opportunities to optimize sales and conversion related to the product offering.
  • Manage the product administration and support requirements of the business effectively.
  • Provide helpdesk/product support by identifying handling issues, incidents, and requests, diagnosing and resolving where possible. Communicate appropriately and in a timely manner to minimize business impact.
  • Support the training department with destination training materials to ensure employees become product experts and can optimize sales.
  • Create internal sales briefs for campaigns and new product initiatives in collaboration with the product manager. Participate in regular meetings with the commercial and contracting teams to gather feedback and support product promotion in the market.
  • Support the production of promotional materials such as websites, microsites, brochures, flyers, and tacticals (digital or print) to meet market-specific timelines and requirements.
  • Assist the product manager in market research and analysis by monitoring trends and presenting key findings to support Emirates Holidays products.
  • Actively participate in internal and external events and training opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support product and sales queries from operations/front line to maximize conversion and turnaround times of quotes and bookings.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • Experience in the travel or leisure industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Qualification in leisure/tourism-related subjects is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in product development is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with booking systems.
