Astra Tech Group in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is seeking a Product Quality & Operations Lead to drive excellence across the Product organisation with a strong data focus.

You will lead Product Analysts and Product Operations Managers, shaping governance, metrics, and lifecycle processes for multiple squads. This role requires a product mindset, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or similar product-facing role with strong product governance.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights across the organization.
• Proven leadership of a product operations or analytics function with people management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage a team of Product Analysts and Product Operations Managers.
• Set priorities and operating rhythm across the team, balancing data work with operational work.
• Represent Product Quality & Operations in senior leadership forums as the trusted source on product delivery health and data quality.
• Own the product organisation's core quality/reliability metric and its calculation methodology.
• Drive the build-out and instrumentation of the product organisation's key metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure reporting is consistent and comparable across teams for leadership oversight.
• Work with wider Data/BI functions to keep dashboards current, accurate, and decision-ready.
• Own consistent discovery, design review, QA, and launch-retro gates across squads.
• Own the product management platform tooling and governance (e.g., Productboard, Jira).
• Oversee user research operations including recruitment and field visits, connecting PMs with users.
