Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary Product Director to lead the strategic direction and execution of our product portfolio. This role involves defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. The Product Director will ensure our products meet market demands, achieve business objectives, and deliver excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and market needs.
2. Lead the execution of a comprehensive product strategy to foster growth and meet business objectives.
3. Oversee and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product development.
5. Define and manage SLAs and SLOs to uphold high standards of product performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Conduct competitor analysis to stay competitive and inform strategic decisions.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations are aligned with product goals.
8. Manage the product budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial targets are met.
9. Work closely with sales teams to align product offerings with market demands and strategies.
10. Oversee the entire product lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills to inspire and align product teams.
• Proven project management experience from ideation to execution.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including backlog management, story slicing, story mapping, and metrics like burndown, velocity, lead time, and cycle time.
• Hands-on experience as an Agile Product Manager, including writing user stories and defining epics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic alignment abilities.
• Domain knowledge in trade facilitation or related industries is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
