Job Description:

• Collaborate with the Product Development team and senior management to support new product development initiatives and processes.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify and analyze emerging product trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design (for artwork and packaging), Regulatory (for product compliance), Procurement (for ordering and logistics), and external suppliers/manufacturers to track project progress and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain and regularly update brand charts and the overall product portfolio for internal reference and planning.
• Organize and manage comprehensive records of ongoing projects, completed initiatives, and sample inventories.
• Develop clear, engaging product presentations for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation and systematic filing of all project-related files and data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in product development in beauty industry
• Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
