Product Development Manager - Aerospace Defense

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Product Development Manager for a globally recognized Aerospace & Defense company in Dubai. Our client seeks a seasoned professional to lead product development initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and integrate simulation-driven design with PLM systems.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & implement structured training programs covering PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill), Six Sigma, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
2. Drive simulation-based optimization to enhance product performance and reliability.
3. Integrate PLM workflows with engineering processes for seamless collaboration.
4. Provide technical mentorship to engineers solving complex design challenges.
5. Support prototyping & validation of aerospace and defense products.

1. Master's or PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
2. 10 years in product development & lifecycle management in Aerospace & Defense.
3. 2 years of experience delivering technical training on product development.
4. Expertise in simulation workflows, PLM integration, and optimization tools (Ansys, OptiSLang, Minerva).
5. Strong leadership & mentoring skills.
