Product Designer (UI/UX)

We re looking for a Mid-weight Product Designer with a strong focus on user research to help us better understand and serve our customers. Research and data are at the core of our approach; we prioritize customer insights before crafting design solutions. In this role, you ll conduct interviews, gather feedback, and ensure our designs effectively address user pain points while aligning with business goals.

As a fluent Arabic speaker, you ll play a key role in bridging the gap between Arabic-speaking users and our English-speaking team, translating insights into actionable ideas and ensuring our products resonate with diverse audiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in product design or user experience, with a focus on user research.
• Language skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to translate user insights effectively.
• Research and design expertise: Experience conducting user interviews and usability tests, with strong skills in interaction design, prototyping, and creating user flows.
• Collaboration and communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, including research and design execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
• A bachelor s or master s degree in human-centered design, communication design, or a related field.
