We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help create stunning digital experiences for our discerning clientele. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our website, working closely with product management, development, and marketing teams.

Role Overview

As a Product Designer at Driven Properties, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually captivating experiences for our luxury real estate platform built on Next.js and Sanity CMS as well as on Figma and Webflow. You'll translate business requirements and user needs into elegant design solutions that showcase our premium property portfolio and reflect the sophistication of our brand. A significant focus will be on rapidly launching high-converting landing pages for new luxury real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for our luxury real estate website
2. Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that appeal to high-net-worth clientele
3. Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints
4. Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs
5. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
6. Rapidly design and deploy landing pages for new property launches using low-code tools like Framer
7. Stay current with UX/UI trends, especially in luxury markets and real estate
8. Balance aesthetic excellence with SEO best practices
9. Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders
10. Monitor and optimize conversion rates on property listing pages

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably for web applications
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills for sophisticated digital products
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
4. Proven experience with Framer, Webflow or similar low-code platforms for rapid landing page creation
5. Demonstrated ability to launch high-converting landing pages within tight deadlines
6. Experience managing design for production websites with active user bases
7. Experience designing for content-rich websites with complex navigation needs
8. Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
9. Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
10. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and translate designs into technical requirements
11. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience designing for luxury brands or real estate platforms
2. Knowledge of SEO implications in design decisions
3. Familiarity with Next.js, React, or Sanity CMS
4. Understanding of frontend development principles
5. Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
6. Previous work experience in Dubai or the MENA region
7. Track record of improving conversion rates on property listing pages
