Do you enjoy making things and thinking about why people would use them?

BSO is looking for a hands-on person who can connect product ideas, design and AI with real growth. You do not need a senior title or expert knowledge of every tool. You do need a good design foundation, curiosity and the ability to turn an idea into something useful.

What you will work on

BSO is a Dubai real estate management company with digital products for landlords, tenants, brokers and maintenance companies.

You will help improve our website, BSO Club and client or vendor journeys. Your work may include:

• Finding better ways to help users get started, return and recommend our products.
• Suggesting useful features, subscription ideas and clear payment or billing flows.
• Creating user flows, visual designs and prototypes in Figma or similar tools.
• Building and updating pages in Webflow, with clear copy and a good mobile experience.
• Creating simple videos, captions and animations that explain a product or idea.
• Using AI to work faster, checking its output and improving the result.

You will work directly with our Managing Director and existing developers. We agree on priorities and focus on one main improvement and the materials it needs. This is not a role where you only make presentations or manage other people.

What matters to us

We value practical work, good judgment and fast learning. You should understand basic UX/UI and enjoy solving unfamiliar problems. You do not need to know every tool already. Personal projects, freelance work and self-taught skills are welcome.

Your practical work matters more than your CV.

Our process includes one practical exercise before an interview, based on a fictional product. Allow up to two hours of active work. It includes a short proposal, a visual prototype and a short edited video. AI and free tools are welcome. There is no second assignment.

We review the work first. Strong submissions are the basis for an office interview, where we discuss your decisions and experience.
