Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery. You will collaborate across Design, Engineering, and Data to craft features customers love, driving simple, scalable solutions.

You will own research, wireframes, flows, and prototypes while iterating from concept to release. The role requires 3+ years of internal product design experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to communicate product strategy and technical trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house.
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work.
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions.
• Ability to take ownership of design processes.
• Focus on UX and understanding of human behaviour.
• Clean visual design sense; typography and grids.
• Love for problem-solving and to be challenged.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs.
• Identify key metrics for projects and take ownership for achieving success.
• Research and bring forward findings for goals like launching in new territories and features.
• Design products that solve problems simply, from wire-frames to end-to-end flows and prototypes.
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops.
• Implement technical solutions and present actions during design reviews.
• Review release performance, identify learnings, and drive improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs
• Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
• Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
• Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes
• Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
• Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews
• Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in designing world-class commercial apps in-house
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
