Job summary

Revolut in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a product leader to own the roadmap, define success metrics, and drive features that customers love. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to create intuitive experiences and measurable outcomes.

We expect 3+ years in high-growth tech or finance settings, 2+ years leading consumer mobile products, and at least 1 year of people management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related areas (acquiring, payments, investments, crypto, insurance).
• 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products.
• 1+ years of experience managing people.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and understanding of design best practices.
• High analytical acumen with ROI-based prioritisation.
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners.
• Experience leading product development and launch from scratch.
• Ability to deliver insight and measurable results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Entrepreneurial drive to never settle.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting team goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals
• Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
• Owning your team’s products from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
• Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
• Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
• Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams

What You’ll Need
