User-Centered Design

• Design user-centric interfaces, from idea to high-fidelity prototypes
• Design and refine solutions based on user research and product goals
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience
• Balance business objectives with user needs, advocating for design-driven decisions

Design Systems & Documentation

• Design and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality across products

Collaboration & Strategy

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions align with product strategy and are technically feasible
• Work with analytics teams to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to understand user needs

Experience Required

• 3+ years as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Experience with design systems, guides, and UI kits
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Crypto industry experience is a plus

Skills

• Understanding of UX, usability, and accessibility principles
• Attention to detail and solid design fundamentals
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive designs
• Proficiency in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, English proficiency at intermediate or higher
