Job summary

Job description

We are currently looking for Product Design Lead for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

TECHINCAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Proven experience in product design UX/UI and service design methodologies.

Skilled in journey mapping service blueprinting and experience strategy.

Expertise in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.

Strong understanding of design systems and their application at scale.

Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional product development.

Experience conducting user research usability testing and rapid prototyping.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

4-8 years of experience in UX/UI product design and/or service design.

Experience leading complex cross-channel projects from discovery to delivery.

Bachelors degree in Design HCI or a related field (Masters preferred).

Prior experience working in multinational and dynamic organizations.

Strong portfolio showcasing service design and product design outcomes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead the design of end-to-end experiences connecting digital products and offline touchpoints to deliver cohesive customer journeys.

Conduct service design activities including journey mapping ecosystem mapping service blueprinting and opportunity identification.

Drive product design execution from concept to delivery producing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and customers to uncover needs validate concepts and align on priorities.

Partner closely with Product Managers Developers and Business Leads to ensure designs meet both user and business objectives.

Establish and contribute to design systems and reusable components that ensure consistency across products and services.

Translate customer research and data insights into actionable improvements for products services and processes.

Mentor and guide junior designers promoting a culture of design excellence and innovation.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
