Job Summary

The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Talentera, Bayt.com’s Applicant Tracking Solution, for new clients. This role ensures the successful delivery of solutions aligned with the scope of work, providing high-quality technical services and support throughout the product lifecycle.

In addition to implementation, the Product Delivery Manager supports post-launch activities, resolves technical issues, and responds to client inquiries. They also contribute to pre-sales by reviewing RFPs, providing technical input, and preparing documentation to aid the sales team.


What You Will Do

  1. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementation and post-launch phases.
  2. Analyze RFPs and tender documents to interpret technical, functional, and security requirements.
  3. Respond to client inquiries with clear, detailed, and accurate technical explanations.
  4. Set up, configure, and administer Talentera’s ATS based on client specifications and best practices.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, development, QA) to deliver tailored solutions.
  6. Monitor project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  7. Participate in regular client meetings and offer strategic guidance for long-term success.
  8. Identify opportunities for upselling features or services based on client needs and feedback.
  9. Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate resolution efforts, and document lessons learned.
  10. Continuously assess implementation processes and propose improvements to align with product vision and company strategy.
