Qualifications

• Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and rapid growth environment.
• Passionate about media and/or advertising environment.
• Experience in data analysis (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL (preferred).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular regional/country product data insights to the team
• Connect data reporting to the product priorities
• Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and enhance the workflows of internal teams
• Engage with data engineers and data product managers to implement user requirements and ensure data accuracy and availability
• Work directly with product marketing managers to size potential impact of "problems-to-solve" for our business
• Conduct research on various business processes to uncover bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Pioneer ways to instrument our processes to easily identify inefficiencies
