Job summary

TikTok is offering a Data Analyst Project Intern position (Measurement COE) in Dubai with a 2026 start for BS/MS students. You will participate in impactful short-term analytics projects, work with cross-functional partners, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

As an intern, you will analyze data, develop scalable insights, and contribute to dashboards, playbooks, and go-to-market content while exploring automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong analytical and technical skills including Excel, Python or R, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support regional advertising measurement projects across branding and performance use cases.
• Analyze and synthesize data from multiple studies, markets, advertisers, or industries to identify trends, benchmarks, and actionable insights.
• Assist with the development of meta-analyses, custom research, product validation studies, and other strategic measurement initiatives.
• Maintain and improve project trackers, reporting dashboards, measurement repositories, and other tools used to monitor program progress and impact.
• Translate analytical findings into clear presentations, reports, case studies, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct research on advertising effectiveness, measurement methodologies, industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies.
• Support the development of scalable COE resources, including playbooks, best-practice frameworks, training materials, and go-to-market content.
• Explore opportunities to automate or streamline recurring analytical, reporting, and operational workflows using data tools or generative AI.
• Coordinate inputs and deliverables across regional and market stakeholders, ensuring project information is accurate, organized, and delivered on time.
• Take ownership of a defined internship project and present key findings and recommendations to the broader Measurement team.
