Job Overview
As a Product Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-stakeholder projects focused on improving product label imaging and validation capabilities within Amazon's fulfillment ecosystem. This includes driving cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with legal, product, and tech teams, and reporting outcomes to leadership. Your work will directly impact Amazon's ability to deliver safe and compliant products to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and execute strategic project roadmaps for compliance-related initiatives
* Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to translate external requirements into business deliverables
* Integrate new technologies and science-based solutions to automate product validation and label imaging processes
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and compliance outcomes to stakeholders
* Develop business metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and ensure alignment across global teams
* Communicate regularly and effectively with leadership and cross-regional teams

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
* 6+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit functions
* Strong experience in managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple departments
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
* Experience with lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies
* Master s degree in business, compliance, or related discipline
