Your Responsibilities in this role:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, creating detailed BRDs or similar documentation.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules to guide development.
  • Identify and document target audiences and user personas.
  • Develop process flow diagrams and other visual representations of business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and meetings.
  • Assist in defining and establishing process and documentation templates.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of product development processes.

What you bring to the role and the team:

  • Proven experience in business analysis or product requirements definition.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise requirements.
  • Proficiency in creating BRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and organized.
  • Logic-driven and long-term vision-oriented.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.
  • Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
