What is the role?
As a
Product Associate (Junior) at Silkhaus, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Product & Engineering to develop, enhance, and scale our platform. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about product management, technology, and PropTech, with a strong desire to grow and make an impact in a dynamic environment. At Silkhaus, you will learn how to manage sprints, align user needs with business goals, and drive product execution with our Director of Product. You will report directly to the Director of Product and will work closely with Product & Engineering to bring wonderful products to life.
What will you get to do?
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories, using Jira as the underlying software.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog.
- Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to support product research, requirements definition, development and delivery.
- Support and assist in running Product & Problem Discovery workshops with customers
- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in testing and UAT processes to ensure product features meet the desired outcomes.
- Gather and document feedback from users and stakeholders to refine product features and prioritize enhancements.
- Help in the creation of product documentation, presentations, and training materials.

What do you bring to the table?
- 1-2 years of experience in a product, operations, or technology-related role; internships in product management or PropTech are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, or other product management and wireframing tools is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with diverse teams and presenting ideas clearly.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Ability to set up and track product metrics to evaluate success and iterate effectively.
