Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to work across various product verticals, providing insights and conducting ad hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights for product development and optimization.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and business metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategies.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to support data needs and project requirements.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform analyses as needed to address specific business questions or challenges.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in a product or business analyst role; experience in fintech is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
• SQL Proficiency: Ability to write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Statistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical methods and experience with tools such as Python or R for data analysis and predictive modeling.
• A/B Testing: Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to assess product changes and improvements.
• Market Research: Knowledge of market research methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Excel Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Product Management Tools: Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and user stories.
