JOB ADVERT: Digital Product Analyst

Job Summary:

Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for analyzing user behavior, tracking product performance, and driving data-informed decisions across the digital platform. It involves managing and interpreting data from internal and third-party sources, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to support product optimization. The analyst will lead testing design and analysis efforts, contribute to the development of business requirement documents (BRDs), and ensure alignment of product features with user needs and compliance standards. Collaborating closely with product, compliance, design, and development teams, the role plays a critical part in enhancing content accuracy, user relevance, and the overall digital experience through continuous improvement and strategic insight delivery..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Analytics & StrategyTrack and analyze product performance metrics, user behaviour, and feature engagement across the platform
  • Identify trends, variances, and areas for optimization to inform product strategy and improvements
  • Data mining and analysis to uncover trends and provide meaningful, actionable recommendations to Support decision-making through data-driven insights .
  • Maintain an organized calendar and structured update protocols for timely and relevant delivery
  • Testing & Quality AssuranceLead testing efforts for content deployment and feature rollouts, including test case creation and scenario mapping
  • Implement automated and manual validation checks to ensure data accuracy and platform consistency
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve defects and enhance user experience
  • Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with product, compliance, marketing, and technology teams on platform initiatives, content projects, and new feature launches
  • Participate in UX/UI discussions to refine layout and enhance content readability
  • Reporting & Continuous ImprovementDevelop, track, and report on KPIs related to content accuracy, user engagement, and update frequency
  • Generate regular reports with actionable insights to drive content and product optimization
  • Recommend improvements based on ongoing analysis and feedback from stakeholders

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or Information Systems
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in financial content management or digital product analytics, with a strong foundation in user behavior analysis.

Competencies or Skills:

Functional

  1. Experience in product analytics and user behavior tracking using tools like Google Analytics.
  2. Experience in managing end-to-end workflows, including validation checks.
  3. Experience in test case design, A/B testing, and quality assurance for digital content/features.
  4. Experience in delivering actionable insights through dashboards and performance reports.
  5. Experience in data mining and analysis to uncover trends and provide meaningful, actionable recommendations.
