Job summary

BENO is a Dubai-based luxury lifestyle experiences company expanding its in-house media team. We are hiring a Producer / Production Coordinator to bridge the Head of Media's creative direction with on-the-ground execution.

This role plans and runs production logistics, including locations, scheduling, crew, and preparation across shoots from simple assets to full campaigns, while maintaining vendor relationships and expanding client pipelines for outsourced work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production coordination or producing experience in the UAE, particularly Dubai.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with vendor management, crew coordination, and logistics in luxury lifestyle production.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate pre-production logistics, including locations, scheduling, crew, and other preparations for shoots and campaigns.
• Arrange transport and logistics for crew, talent, and equipment on larger productions.
• Hands-on experience producing a range of shoot types with a small in-house crew across automotive, watersports, yacht, desert, events, and lifestyle content.
• Adapt on the ground to changing conditions while protecting brand identity, safety, and efficiency.
• Execute standard-format shoots independently under guidance from Head of Media / Creative Director.
• Refer narrative or talent direction to Head of Media / Creative Director and assist in shaping new concepts.
• Brief in-house and remote editors on delivery specs and post-production timelines.
• Maintain vendor and crew relationships, equipment rental, and booking history; update logs and notes.
• Refine production workflow from pre- through post-production to improve timelines and efficiency.
• Origin simple, repeatable content during non-shoot weeks using guides and assets.
• Bonus: knowledge of Dubai filming permits (DFTC approvals, RTA permits) and feasibility assessment before booking.
• Bonus: find or suggest filming locations suited to concepts.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours or on weekends for shoots or events.

We're hiring a Producer / Production Coordinator to bridge the Head of Media's creative direction with on-the-ground execution.

Role Overview

This role plans and runs production logistics, including locations, scheduling, crew, and preparation, across everything from a simple single-location asset shoot to a full campaign with talent and a larger crew. It also maintains vendor relationships and, over time, builds the client pipeline that supports BENO's move into outsourced production work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate pre-production logistics, including locations, scheduling, crew, and other preparations, across video and photo shoots ranging from simple asset videos to full campaigns with talent and larger crews, working closely with the in-house videographer, photographer, and social media team
• Arrange transport and logistics for crew, talent, and equipment on larger productions
• Hands-on experience producing a range of shoot types with a small in-house crew: automotive, watersports, yacht, desert buggy, events, lifestyle, and brand promotion content
• Comfortable adapting on the ground to changing conditions, staying solution-oriented while protecting brand identity, safety, and efficient use of time and resources
• Execute standard-format shoots (single-subject assets, walkthroughs, simple brand pieces) independently with the in-house videographer and photographer, briefed and guided by the Head of Media / Creative Director and using BENO's documented visual guide for framing, pacing, and shot selection
• Refer anything involving narrative direction, talent, or new visual concepts to the Head of Media / Creative Director
• Support the Head of Media in shaping and preparing new concepts and upcoming projects
• Brief in-house and remote editors on delivery specs and follow up against the Creative Director's notes to keep post-production on schedule
• Maintain and grow vendor and crew relationships as needed, including equipment rental, freelance crew, talent agencies, and drone operators, alongside BENO's existing network, keeping rates, reliability notes, and booking history up to date
• Maintain the production log and tracker, flagging missing deliverables or specs
• Continuously refine the production workflow from pre- through post-production, drawing on lessons from past shoots, personal experience, and team feedback to keep timelines and efficiency improving
• On weeks without a scheduled shoot, originate simple, repeatable content pieces using the visual guide and available assets or locations, keeping output continuous
• Bonus: Maintain working knowledge of Dubai's filming permit landscape, including Dubai Film & TV Commission (DFTC) approvals, RTA road permits, and marina or private-property access, and advise on feasibility before a shoot is booked
• Bonus: Knowledgeable in finding or suggesting filming locations suited to specific concepts
• Flexible to work outside standard hours or on weekends for specific shoots or events
• Bonus: Capture clean, on-brand behind-the-scenes phone content during shoots, giving the marketing and social team ready-to-use footage without pulling focus from logistics or crew management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production coordination or producing experience in the UAE, particularly Dubai
• Knowledgeable in standard production tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Meet, Trello, and other tools relevant to the role)
• Familiar with core media production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), enough to understand the team's workload and help streamline it
• Strong AI literacy: comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Higgsfield to support production planning and enhance department efficiency. This is a core requirement, not a bonus skill
• Familiar with social media platforms and their content requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions when required, for example aboard boats or in the desert, given the range of environments across BENO's productions
• Comfortable running a small shoot independently within a defined creative framework
• Organized, calm under logistics pressure, confident communicating with talent, crew, and vendors
• Presentable, professional, and clear in communication with the in-house team, partners, and anyone else involved in the department's productions
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, able to communicate and understand everything related to the scope of the work
• Experience in luxury lifestyle, automotive, maritime, brand promotional, or documentary-style content
• Understanding of visual storytelling, shot composition, and Dubai's visual identity
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines across multiple assignments
• A relevant academic degree in media, art, marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing vendor and crew network in Dubai
• Prior exposure to business development, client services, or partnerships
• UAE driving license, with driving experience (owning a car is a plus)

Working Hours

9:00 to 18:00 (Dubai time), in-office; flexible on shoot days.
