Job Description

• Identify and evaluate RFQs, tenders, and procurement opportunities in the oil & gas sector.
• Prepare, review, and submit bids, proposals, and quotations in compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
• Source pipes, valves, flanges, fittings, turbines, compressors, and industrial equipment from verified suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with vendors to optimize cost savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier capabilities.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to ICV (In-Country Value) requirements, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Work closely with sales, business development, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of tenders, purchases, and supplier performance for internal reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management within the oil & gas, energy, or industrial equipment sector.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of tendering processes, supplier networks, and procurement regulations in the UAE & GCC.

Product Expertise: Experience with industrial valves, OCTG, pipes, flanges, compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment.

Procurement & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to source competitively, negotiate supplier terms, and manage tenders effectively.

Technical & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with ICV requirements, ADNOC & ARAMCO vendor registration, and EPC procurement processes.

Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams to streamline operations.
