What You’ll Do:

1. Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned product categories
2. Demand planning, supplier negotiations & inventory analysis
3. Use data to drive stock, cost, and wastage decisions
4. Optimize procurement processes and identify areas for improvement
5. (AM/Manager roles) Mentor and guide junior procurement professionals

1. 2 to 10+ years of experience (based on level)
2. Background in fresh produce, retail, or e-commerce
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / Mathematics
4. Strong with numbers, Excel, and forecasting
5. Calm under pressure, sharp with decisions
