Job summary

LevelUP HCS in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist on a contractual basis to join our Group Supply Chain team within the defence industry. You will support technology and industrialisation programmes, managing procurement from sourcing through to purchase order.

You will use SAP Ariba for sourcing, contracts and supplier collaboration, develop strategic supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with project requirements while coordinating with engineering and quality

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of procurement/sourcing experience.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba experience – sourcing, contracts and supplier collaboration.
• Engineering degree or equivalent engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle procurement, including RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation and PO issuance.
• Use SAP Ariba for sourcing, contract management and supplier collaboration.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Ensure technical and commercial compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality and project teams to align procurement with timelines.
• Drive cost savings and supplier performance improvements.

About the Role
