Procurement Specialist | UAE, Dubai INIX Group | Full-time | Office-based in Dubai, Barsha Heights About the Company: INIX Group is an international trade and logistics group headquartered in Dubai, specializing in comprehensive procurement management and international supply chains for over 17 years. We operate across Europe, the USA, the CIS, China, Africa, and India. As part of our expansion and entry into new markets, we are building a strong professional team based in Dubai. We are looking for a specialist with proven experience in B2B procurement or sales and a deep understanding of the industrial sector. The ideal candidate is a professional with successful experience in managing international supplies of industrial equipment, spare parts, chemicals, and raw materials on a turnkey basis — from supplier identification to final delivery. The ideal candidate has: - Experience working with American or European companies as a representative in the UAE, or in procurement roles for major Dubai-based or international companies in chemicals, oil & gas, or related sectors. - Established relationships with key suppliers and distributors in the mining, energy, oil & gas, and construction industries. - Experience in conducting negotiations and building long-term partnerships. - Experience handling deals valued at USD 100,000 or more. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and selecting foreign suppliers based on client specifications (equipment, parts, raw materials, turnkey solutions). - Negotiating with suppliers, analyzing offers, agreeing on delivery terms, schedules, and payment conditions. - Market monitoring, alternative supplier search, pricing analysis, maintaining databases of products and suppliers. - Drafting and executing international contracts (with Incoterms, warranties, specifications, etc.) in English. - Business correspondence and negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers to build long-term relationships. - Coordinating with logistics, technical, and sales departments. - Monitoring production and shipments. - Preparing export documentation (invoices, packing lists, CoO, MSDS, technical docs, etc.). - Regular reporting to management. - 3 to 5 years of experience in international procurement and supply, preferably in industrial equipment, chemicals, spare parts, raw materials, or technical solutions. - Proficient in business English - Verbal and written. - Skills in preparing and managing international contracts (including Incoterms, warranties, specifications). - Experience in business correspondence and negotiations with foreign suppliers. - Ability to manage full-cycle supply and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficient in documentation, Excel, Word, CRM systems, and databases. - Experience with international companies. - Existing base of trusted suppliers is a plus. - Willingness to travel.
