This role involves:

1. The Procurement Specialist will be the Lead representative on all key procurement within the company, working within the Finance Team to drive the business from a commercial, analytical, and operational perspective.
2. They will ensure that the company's materials, products, and services meet all required standards and specifications.
3. They will locate and build relationships with key suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements for quality goods and services at the lowest prices possible.
4. They will be responsible for gathering and preparing documentation such as purchase orders, quotes, proposals, and purchase terms & conditions from suppliers and service providers.
5. They will deliver ongoing Commercial analysis.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa/sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Experience:

1. Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
2. Procurement/Supplier relationship management experience
3. Strong understanding of business processes
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Experience with Microsoft Office
6. Fluent in English
