A leading entertainment company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Procurement MIS Reporting Manager to design and automate procurement dashboards. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in procurement analytics, proficiency in Power BI and SQL, and strong ERP knowledge. This role involves collaboration with various teams to improve reporting workflows and support decision-making, ultimately enhancing guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in procurement analytics or MIS reporting.
• Expert in Power BI, Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Power Query), and SQL.
• Strong ERP knowledge – Oracle Fusion, SAP, Coupa, Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead procurement MIS frameworks and dashboards.
• Develop real-time, automated reporting tools using Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.

What You'll Do:

• Design and lead procurement MIS frameworks and dashboards
• Develop real-time, automated reporting tools using Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel
• Extract and transform data from ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.)
• Improve reporting workflows, data accuracy, and compliance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Finance, IT, Operations, and Procurement
• Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) through structured reporting

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (Master’s/CIPS/CPSM preferred)
• 7+ years’ experience in procurement analytics or MIS reporting
• Expert in Power BI, Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Power Query), and SQL
• Strong ERP knowledge – Oracle Fusion, SAP, Coupa, Ariba
• Strong data visualization, stakeholder communication, and reporting automation skills
• Fluent in English with excellent attention to detail
