  • Establish long-term procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Ensure that procurement decisions align with the company’s sustainability goals, including reducing environmental impact and promoting circular economy principles.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions, including price, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensure that the organization adheres to including socially responsible and environmentally friendly procurement.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new suppliers, emerging technologies, and competitive pricing to make informed decisions.
  • reporting on the status of contracts, budgets, and supplier performance.
  • Establish and track KPIs for procurement activities to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
