Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage our sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for construction materials (cables, cable trays, etc.).
2. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to optimize costs.
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to meet project demands.
4. Maintain accurate procurement records and compliance with company policies.
5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
6. Prepare all necessary documents for international trading business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

1. Nationality: Open to all nationalities (preference for candidates with UAE market experience).
2. Gender: Male or Female
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of procurement experience, preferably in the construction materials or trading industry.
5. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.
6. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office, knowing well about related documents.
7. Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
8. Visa Status: Must be available in the UAE with a transferable visa.
9. Have UAE driving license, and at least 2 years of driving experience.
