A global well-being company in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee IT General Procurement and contracting activities. The role involves managing suppliers and contractors to ensure transparency and efficiency in procurement processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in procurement management, strong negotiation skills, and analytical ability. What you'll be doing:
The role holder is responsible for managing IT General Procurement and contracting activities for GMG in a transparent, timely, and cost-efficient manner. This includes managing the group's contractors and suppliers through prequalification, tendering, contracting, and regular monitoring. The role also involves developing guidelines that govern procurement and contracting processes.

The incumbent has no direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to engage effectively within their function and collaborate across teams. This role contributes operationally and/or by offering expertise, guidance, and support to align with organizational goals.
Functional/Technical Competencies:
Manage archiving of all procurement documentation, including RFI, RFQ/RFP, proposals, quotations, QCS, payment vouchers, and other related documents. Demonstrate analytical ability, communication skills, organization and planning skills, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
